Title: permissions not working

Hello,

I'm having a very frustrating of a time with all my permissions.  It doesn't matter what I do, I'm not able to access any shares except with the "admin" account.

None of the other accounts work (Groups, users) - even if I reset to defaults which should allow access to anyone, I STILL can't view the shares.

This is driving me insane!!

Just a guess here.... it sounds like even though you may "think" you DNS323 is saving the configuration, it sounds like it is defaulting back to factory specs.  There is an internal battery (similar to the type of battery that your PC BIOS uses).  It could be that this battery is dead.  It is field replaceable, but I'd recommend that you put the burden back on your retailer....treating it as a defective unit. 

The second possible reason is that you could have a defective unit. I ran into similar issues, and the unit was in fact defective.   Again... work with your retailer for a fix.
