Title: DFL-860 Password problem
Post by: sagevii on April 26, 2011, 02:07:17 PM
I've just changed the admin password to our DFL.860, but now I cannot login to the control panel. It keeps me saying that the username or password is wrong.

Is there a way to reset the admin password, without reseting the entire device?

I dont think so.

Are you using HTTP or HTTPS to connect to the firewall?

with any equipment its very important to have a recent backup of the configuration to avoid the need of total reconfiguration if its necessary to reset the equipment
