Title: Transfer Drives from 323 to 320?
Post by: jaeestrada on May 04, 2011, 02:15:52 PM
Hello all,

I currently have a DNS 323 in RAID 1 with two 2TB drives.  I was wondering if I could just remove those drives and plug em into the DNS 320 with no issue?  Anyone have any idea or experience with this?

Thanks again!

No. There is a change in the structure of Raid between the two models and it will not recognize the volume from DNS-323. As far as I can tell it only recognizes Standard/jbod volumes.
