Title: DCS-930L playback no sound

i was playing back the recording,when i skipped ahead, the sound disappeared.  wondering if anyone know what to do?  i am recording 10 hours worth everyday, most of the time i just need to skip to a certain time to see and hear what was going on,

What are you using to play the file?

using D-ViewCam, the software that came with it.  There is sound if i play from the beginning of recording, but for some reason, if i skipped ahead, sound disappears.  Perhaps this is not a problem specifically with DCS-930L, but with the D-ViewCam software?  any idea? thanks
