Title: Not Finding My USB Storage Drive

I plugged my external hard drive to the USB port and installed the utility, but the device is not showing up. Every power cable is plugged in as well as installed drivers. I checked the help resources and they said to check the IP addresses using the command prompt which I did, but I have no idea what I'm looking at or what to change (or even how to change the addresses). Any ideas?

assuming you are already connected to the router and can connect to the Internet.

What router model are you using, and what router firmware? What version of SharePort?
