Dear all
plase welcome me to Dlink community .
we have our existing network with Dlink DES1228P switches and DWL 3140 access points . This set up was done by ex network engineer.
now i need to exapand our wifi network for two new floors for which i have two DES1228P and couple of access point 3140 .
pleae guide me in steps
1) should i proceed with trunk confiugration .connecting DES1228P switches. plz give me links to set up trunk.
2) connect the AP to swithch .
3) use wireless lan manager software to discover the access points .
please give me your suggestions
