Title: Release date in New Zealand of DNS-325?

Any idea when this unit will be released in New Zealand? I'm looking at replacing my DNS-323 as it will support 3TB drives

No idea. This is a US based board and our release dates are completely separate from other branches. You would need to contact your local D-Link Branch and ask them directly.
