Hey all. I changed from cable (Comcast) to dsl (ATT) a couple of week ago. and everything was going fine. Last night the router stopped seeing the internet. I ran the Dignose Tool in Window's, it said there's trouble with the IP Address. The Net is working fine without the router. Help. ATT told me there were alot of error packages on my line and they are looking at that. They also want me to use their router to do Tech support. should I just change it out?

Does there DSL modem have a built in router or is it stand alone?
Sometimes having a built in modem/router and using an extra router on the same line can cause issues.
If so, then have the ISP bridge the DSL Modem to the 615 router. You'll need to input the PPPoE DSL account information into the Setup/Internet/Manual section of the 615 router.
I would make sure the DSL phone lines are in good condition and working order. Have the ISP check to see if there are logs regarding down time during these time frames on the DSL modem.
Make sure the LAN cables between the modem and router are good as well.
