Will I be able to participate on that day to see if IPv6 is working on for my DGL-4500?

No you will not be able to participate, The DGL 4500 does not support IPv6. Unless its a hidden feature! Impossible this router does everything. (sarcasm)

I think your misunderstanding with IPv6 day is. Its not between you and your ISP (unless you are partipating in a trial, in which case I doabt you would be asking this question). The trial is between servers, providers, ISP and etc. So to answer your question: no.

I could have swore a long time ago I read that the was a hardware implementation for IPv6 in this thing but it wasn't implemented in software. That doesn't really matter if it's not on this list I guess:
