Hi,
Was just about to download the new Version 1.22 firmware for the DIR-655 but just noticed that its been removed!!
Does anyone know if its going to be re-added or where I can download it?
Was hoping I could get the dreaded DNS issue fixed with the firmware but its been removed! >:(
Thanks!

I haven't checked now, but it's on support.d-link.com not the regular dlink.com. I'm using it now and I haven't had any problems.

The firmware has been removed and the DNS problem was still present so you are not missing anything.
I rolled back to 1.11 firmware for now.

I dont understand why it was put up then taken back down again, dont they test the firmware before the release?

Well it could be the fact they wanted to solve issues with the prior 1.21 and get up 1.22 to fix this issues the prior, then discover the problems that were in the 1.21 are still in the 1.22. So it makes sense to remove the 1.22.

still working great for me

Isn't the whole process before RELEASE, supposed to be used for testing and discovery?
This is the 2nd or 3rd time DLink has put something up and then taken back...right?

IMHO they have some real issues with test management and release management. Either the guy running the show hasn't got a clue what these are or there is some pressure to release a somewhat bugfree firmware (655 EOL approaching?)
