Update: Well, if you don't know anything about ShadowProtect, is there another back-up program that you can tell us about which works well with NASs? Thanks!

I've been hunting around for a good backup- or imaging program and have tentatively settled upon StorageCraft's ShadowProtect Desktop 3.3. It's quite expensive, especially as it's activated software and a license is required for each seat. I have three systems to back-up and StorageCraft does have a three-seat bundle at a substantial discount, which helps some.
But, cost aside, has anyone tried this program, which won the PC Magazine's Editor's Choice award for version 3.2, with their D-Link NAS? Please let me know if you particularly like- or dislike this program. Thanks in advance for your help.
