How does one reset the dvx-2000ms back to factory default. I am getting a message of error on line 1320 char 17 asking to stop the script. Either asking yes or no to the question, I cannot select any options from the administrator menus the system in a state where I have phones, users but no phone services active. I have uninstalled the software, reinstalled software, did the updates to the system and
still getting the same above message. The client needs the system up and running on Monday. Any help
would be welcomed.

To reset the unit, please locate the Utilities folder and double click to open it. Move/copy the ResponsePointEraseData.exe file to an empty flash drive. Plug the flash drive to one of the USB ports at the back of the Base Unit. All data configured on the Base Unit will deleted in 3-5 minutes.
