Title: DAP-1350 will connect to laptop but laptop will not see internet

I have tired in default setting and after setting up WPA, but I can get the laptop to connect to the DAP-1350 but I have no internet.  If I take the same network cable from the DAP-1350 and plug straight into the laptop it gets internet.  What might be happening?  Connection will not work in either RT or AP mode.  The hotel I am in uses a SB5101 Motorola URFboard cable modem.  So far this thing is worthless.
