how do i find my Security key ?

Are you asking about the password key for WiFi or the Protected WiFi Pin code?

Look on the routers web page under Setup/Wireless/Manual to set up a WiFi password.

Preferred security mode is WPA2 and AES or Auto.
WiFi mode preferred is Single mode G or Mixed G and N on 2.4Ghz radio and single mode N on 5Ghz if you have any supported N devices.

and u wont get the security key which u lost but can create a new one

you can check that on wireless settings>>>add a wire device with wps>>>manual
