Title: netgear wnr1000v2 to dlink dir-655 H/W: A4
Post by: ryan5091 on July 11, 2011, 08:00:48 PM
Hi, i have been using a netgear for a while until i got tired of the rapid disconnects and reboots, so i decided to get the dir-655 router but i have a question.

Is it possible to somehow move the netgear settings to the dlink router with out manually putting it in? cause i have a lot of settings that would take me forever to put in manually

any help would be great

Hi ryan,

No. Two different manufacturers. Two different Routers. Don't force a D-Link Router to behave like a NetGear, otherwise you will be having problems.

Is the NetGear warrantied for Life, or is that the Belkin Routers?
