RDP (port 3389) is not working on D-Link network - is there a setting in the d-link to allow this?

Have you tried using Virtual Server or QoS for this?

Should be the IP address of the PC your using RDP on. Both ports 3389 and Protocol Both or Any.

The Remote Desktop "destined" PC needs to have a "static" IP address, either "hard coded" into the PC's network TCP/IP address or a reserved IP address via DHCP / Mac addess.
