Title: How to enable WebDav on firmware 2.01?
Post by: Martin78 on July 18, 2011, 07:00:52 AM
Hi,

Just finished upgrade of my DNS-320 firmware to version 2.01 beta with WebDav support. Can anyone help me how to activate this feature? I would like to map one of my folders so I can access it over Internet. Any help is very appreciated (I guess more people would like to know how to do it too.).

There's a sub-forum on beta firmware, perhaps you like to post your question there.

Hi,

To enable WebDav you'll have to update your account , just select an account , modify, then enable WebDav . In some cases deleting and recreating account is better (i had to delete all account and recreate them after updating to 2.01 in order to enable WebDav)

Hi,

thanks Anseis for pointing me out to account section. One more question though - what ports do I need to forward on my router in order to access WebDAV? Wish there was more info from D-Link .. I hate to ask basic questions. Thanks for help (again).

I assume I should be able to connect then by http or https
