every oonce in awhile right after a movie starts it will reload in the first few minutes..roku says my connection is excellent...does having a 601 cause problems? :)

I've streamed allot of Netflix through the 601 with out to much problem. I do know Netflix streaming can downgrade to a lower quality video if it detects your connection isn't fast enough, but I haven't seen this with 601. You might want to check your Cable / DSL modem and service provider.

the same..having isp come out monday ???

I hate that when it happens. The delay should be seconds and you will not miss the movie. The cure? Bigger pipes, 5 Mbps for example, from your ISP. I have 3.5 Mbps and it's fine
