Title: FTP/HTTP Downloads Settings username length issue
Post by: daveb1 on July 20, 2011, 01:37:25 PM
Hi

In the FTP/HTTP Downloads Settings section, the username to my remote FTP server is my.name@my-email.com, but the DNS-320 on firmware 2.00 only allows usernames less than 15 characters.

Any ideas whether that can be changed, either via some sort of hack, or via a change in the new firmware? I'm just about to upgrade to 2.01, but there's nothing in the release notes to suggest that this has changed so I'm not hopeful.

Thanks

Dave

I have the same problem here also, issue exists also in the 2.02 beta firmware.

I will add this item to our firmware wishlist.
