Title: Cant Record to Hard Drive~

I just got a DCS-932L, wireless setup was a breeze, but I can't figure out how to configure it so it records! I can view it live from my desktop and remotely, but it will not record. Any help would be appreciated!!!!

I've just ordered mine so i'm not sure about this...
As i understand You can only record from a pc with D-ViewCam software running.

I've tried everything. Customer support has tried to walk me through it and it won't work. I have a feeling its' going back.

Here's the link to a freeware application you can try in substitute of D-ViewCam.  I use this application with my DCS-932L, but haven't tried the recording functionality: http://www.ispyconnect.com/download.aspx
