Title: i cant connect remotely only on lan!!!! all ports are fowarded correctly.

what am i missing, im going crazy! i connect on lan easy, but when i put wan ip address in it wont work.  im with comcast and port 80, 53, 8080 wont open.  port 443 works when i check the port. 

i even switched ports to my network cam and it worked. but it doesnt on my nas. can anyone forward me pic of there ports forward or point me in a section with detailed information.
