Title: Adapter drivers conflicting with an audio driver

I bought a new Bowers & Wilkins iPod dock, which doubles as a PC speaker. So, I plug it in, sounds amazing, but then Windows says a driver didn't instal properly. My Internet AND audio fails at the exact same moment, and as it turns out the two drivers are somehow conflicting with each other. I managed to get the adapter working again but I now have no audio. If I could I would throw this adapter in the trash right now and buy another one.
