Which HDD slot are you putting the drive in?  Did you press the front power button on the front and keep pressing it for a few seconds?

Curawed - what brand hard drives are you using?

Did you try removing and re-seating the HDD?

I removed HDD... ( 2 To ST2000DL003)

Of course I pressed the button... few seconds... few minutes...

I made it work this morning...
Then turn off with the menu...

And now unable to start again...
At this time there is progress, the power is on (light blinking).. but no disk visible, no interface, nothing in the setup wizard...

.../...
I unplugged everything
then plug rj45, power and press the power on...
Up and ok again.. this is weird (but I should be like that all the time)
.../...

Investigation continues...

I wonder if the NAS doesn't like the Seagate drives.  Do you have any other brand drives to test with?

No other disk at that time to test...

It's really getting on my nerves...

I was pinging the nas... ok

Then I connect to the manager... and then... lost the connection... no more response  :-\

Hard drives lights are on
Power light is off...

.../...
When I try to reboot... nothing again.
When I press power the only thing I see is the 2 lights on the RJ45 then few seconds later the activity on the RJ45 but nothing else...

You should have uninterrupted access to the DNS-320 web interface even if no HDDs are installed. If you are only able to access the unit intermittently due to power issues, the DNS-320 may have some hardware issues. Call D-Link technical support and they will walk you through a troubleshooting process. D-Link will issue an RMA if the unit is deffective.

RMA is in progress...

Glad to hear it. D-Link is very expeditious (and has their act together) when it comes to satisfying authorized RMA requests.
