whats the point if you cant get a response?  Dlink has the worst damn customer service ever. just erase all my thread. thanks for the help!

TS, help others by helping yourself, posting multiple threads on the same problem is useless!

well thanks for your help. in the end you tried. i will just return this item and buy another product.

That's too bad, in the end it might just be a case of user's problem since port-forwarding or ISP blocked port(s) has nothing to do with the NAS.
