Title: Move files. Very slow.

As I can move large files from one folder to another within the same disc? ... now I go from in w7 64btis and transfer large files between two folders within the same disk NAS is VERY VERY slow

If you're doing the move from Windows, you're transferring files from the NAS to the PC and back - it will be slow.

If you are transfering files from one folder on the NAS to another folder on the NAS, it will be very fast as in seconds. But, if you are transfering files from a folder on the NAS to a folder on Windows 7, then it will be as fast as your DNS 323 can transfer, which is not very fast. ... eg. 15-19MB/sec.

Network is not the bottleneck, the device itself is. Even if you have 10TB network it won't go beyond ~20MB/s because of the ****py CPU and/or network card (I assume).
