Does anyone know if there is a way to play a message for a caller prior to transferring them to the destination receptionist.
Basically, anytime someone tries to call our techs, we need to play a message saying that they will be billed for the conversation and then forward them onto the technician.

You will be able to accomplish that if you enable Automated Receptionist plan as opposed to Receptionist plan.
