Title: DNS-323- Upgrading to 2TB WD Drives- WD20EARX Compatibility?

WD just released an upgrade to the EARS drives.  I was about to pick up a pair for my DNS-323, but I wanted to see if anyone knows if they would be compatible and experience the same problems the EARS drives did.

Any feedback would be Great!
