My 321 has been working non stop for about 2 months. Today it was pingable but unreachable via the web or standard windows interfaces. The power button did not respond either so I unplugged it. It worked normally when I plugged it back in. Any ideas?

Have you tried just resetting it using the reset on the back of the unit and starting from scratch. This will not effect the data on the drives.

I unplugged it, let the drives spin doen and then plugged it back in. It is working now
