Title: When the phone ring, able to make a outgoing call?

We have 8 persons in sales department, and the call is ringing to those 8 phones directly; at this moment, is anyone of the sales person able to make a outgoing call? or he need to wait until other sales pick up the phone and the ring stop then make a outgoing call?

To make a call while all phones are ringing, pressing the Cancel Key will free up that particular phone for making a call. The other phones in the group will continue ringing until someone answers it or goes to a voicemail.
