The Xbox or Xbox 360 doesn't natively support dual band(5ghz).  I'm not sure if any of the 3rd party "universal" dual band USB wifi adapters work on the Xbox.

Your devices need to support 5Ghz band and also security modes of AES.
Do you have any devices that support this?

Not alot of devices support 5Ghz bands. Verify the devices support it and support AES security modes.

If you don't have any devices that don't support 5Ghz, then you'll need to turn that radio off and use the 2.4Ghz radio instead.

But now the 2,4 and 5ghz currently working at the same time. I really need to turn off the 5ghz if i dont use it ?

ya, if your devices don't support it then turn it off. Once you get something that does support it then turn it back on.
