Title: No Internet access... Please help

So I originally setup 4500 with a basic brighthouse cable modem and everything worked fine after installing and configuring it all (wifi worked great). However recently I upgraded to brighthouse's road runner lightning service (40down 5up) and they had to come out and install a new upgraded modem. The modem is connected to the net but when I hook it up to my router I don't get any Internet access, my devices can detect and connect to the router, but there is no Internet access.... Does anybody have any ideas what I need to do???

Have you tried restarting the Modem and waiting at least 30-50 secs? After the seconds have gone through power up the modem, after the modem is powered up and ready to go connect the DGL 4500 and everything should be good.

What kind of modem did they install?
