Hello
I have buy a DNS 320 with a 3To HDD WD.
I Have update immediately the firmware to 2.01 in order to support 3To HDD.
The I installed the HDD into the Left. Start the DNS320, ad start to format. but it stay to 0%for two hours...
The I stop the DNS320 put the HDD into the Right place and start a format, but after one good night the format stay a 0%.

any one can help me ?

1. Do you use 2 HDD's? Then you have to unplug the other HDD.

2. Do you use Google Chrome? Chrome doesnt support the site(java-script).
3. Use the IE or the Firefox.

I've been using the DNS-320 web interface with Chrome, no problem so far.

Hello I use Only One HDD and Safari and Firefox 6.
I don't have IE because i use Mac OSX 10.7.

Nothing work for the moments. I ll ask to change my HDD i'll try with a new one, may be ....

Hello My Nas is working pretty well, the problem come from the HDD wich was dead from the beginning.
But the Nas doesn't give me smart error from the HDD.

Are you successfully running a 3TB HDD? If so, does your Mac recognize the full 3 TB and what brand/model HDD are you using?
