Hello!
I have 2 2TB-disks in the nas.
The first disk is for data (video, music,....) and the second disk is for backuping the first disk.
I tried the application 'local backup' with 'Incremental Backup'.
If a folder/file is added on disk1 then 'local backup' adds this on disk2.
But if a folder/file is deleted on disk1 then 'local backup' doesn't delete it on disk2.
Is there a solution for this problem?

Use mirroring instead.

What do you mean exactly?
I don't want to use RAID1.

Raid1 would achieve what you are after otherwise you need to manually remove what you deleted. That's the purpose of a backup so it's there in case you delete something and want to retrieve it from backup.
If you are ok with Linux you could always use rsync and create your own backup mirrors and have different scripts for different folders scheduled.

I faced the same issue with my DNS-343s, I use the incremental backup, but the on-board application does not support establishing rules for removing files on the backup that were subsequently deleted on the source HDD.
My solution is two-tiered. I continue to use the incremental backup and run a third party backup solution from a PC on my network once a week. I configured the software to do nothing more than delete the files on the backup HDDs that are missing on the source HDDs. The program I use is called Syncback, an exceptional application with a fully functional freeware version with an unprecedented level of rules-based configurations.
