Trying to enable the wireless for the 932L. My router is a 3800HGV-B and is using WEP-Open with a 10 digit passphrase. I am unable to enter this as the software for the netcam is asking for a 13 digit passphrase. What am I doing wrong?

In your camera setup for wireless, make sure the encryption is set to the same as used by your router (WEP 64 bit).
Also try entering the WEP key (10 hexidecimal digits using 0-9 and A-F) instead of the "passphrase". You can see the WEP hex key in the wireless setup in your router

I tried entering as both hex and ascii, but I finally fixed this by assigning a new 13 digit passphrase in my router settings. And then walked around the house fixing all my other wireless devices ::) Now the camera works beautifully, especially considering the price point!
