Title: Unable to delete file

Strangest thing I have come across. The file is a 160KB mkv file. It's only a few seconds of a tv show. When I delete the file from a folder on  \\dns-323\volume_1\tv series\boardwalk empire\season 02\, it immediately returns. I have even deleted the 'boardwalk empire' folder and the entire subtree with the min mkv file re-appears. I have restarted the DNS, restarted all PC's. Nothing seems to make a difference.

The DNS is NOT running bitTorrent. Any suggestions would be welcome.

I am also having a similar problem. When i try to delete files off my nas it say i do not have permission 550 user. Help ! ???
