After I have my computer hard drive redone, Pixma Pro9000 Mark II printer can’t print. Since my work can’t go on without it, then I had a person checked that my computer wasn’t connected to my printer.
My computer is installed with xp system. Could you tell me what’s wrong ?

How are you connected to the printer? Wired or wireless?

I presume you are using the 4500 router to so this?
You may need to go to the Printers MFR for additional help.
