Title: Impossible to mount share on Windows 7
Post by: Striff on October 24, 2011, 12:39:32 PM
Hi  :D,

I installed my Dlink DN325 today, secured differents account for the ftp access with differents share, this work like a charm.

But when i want to mount the Volume_1 share, or any other share on my computer (Windows 7 Pro) the normal windows pop-up appear and ask me to enter my Login/Password.

So i've tried entering the one i want to use i'ved setup on the account manager but it doesn t work. (i ve tried with ip\username)

The only way i can mount the share on my computer is when i let all the access to anonymous, it s very very very annoying and i m not very happy with the product since this basic fonction is not working fine.

If anyone have an idea on how to make it work it'll be great!!  :-[

Regards;

Striff

To specify user name and password must be this way.

Put another user and put:
User: ip_nas\username
pass: pass nas account

Example, default user:
User: 192.168.1.15\admin
pass: admin

Ok problem seems to be fixed, i've restarted the nas and my comp, then reset the configuration and try it again from the begining.

It's ok now, hope it will keep running...
