Has anybody used anything other than a regular extension cord to extend the DC power adapter for the 932L or 1130?? I'm looking for an extension cable which is as thin as what's in the box so I can mount the camera on the wall. I've found some similar DC cables on mcmelectronics.com but not sure what size plug this camera has? ??? Anybody with info or have found something that will work?
Thanks,
BroMoney

The plug size is 2.1mm X 5.5mm X 9.5mm (ID X OD X L)
Becareful on how long you extend the wires...
The device will start acting funny when it does not get enough voltage due to the drop in current.

How about the DCS-1130? Same type?

I'm not 100% sure, but from the way you asked your question, it looks like his answer is intended to apply to the DCS-932L and DCS-1130. :-\

I'm 100% sure your answer doesn't help me at all.

Sorry if I was vague on my answer. But I was taking for granted that is a DCS-932L thread.
Anyhow I am not sure of the DCS-1130, because I don't have it... but for D-Link equipments (the new ones anyway) if you see a 5V 1.2A adaptor it is 98% sure to be as stated. Besides... I have have tested the device on a 2.5mm X 5.5mm instead of a 2.1mm X 5.5mm and it still works ;D

Thank you for the clarification.
