hi, im using firmware 2.02 and all files i try to copy to nas are 0kb
it begin copying and show that the file is using space but when finish the copy, files convert to 0kb space
i cant rollback to other firmware and i try all kinds of format types with raid and not raid configs.
now my nas dont work but hard drives works perfect when i try they in a pc.
any help with this or the only solution is to wait some months for a new firmware?

What OS are you using on your computer?
How are you copying the files?
How are you testing the drives in a PC? This is related to question 1.
Did the system work before you upgraded the firmware?
When we have the answers to those questions we may be able to advise you what to do.

im using windows 7 64bits.
i try from 2 pcs from the network all of it have teracopy and is the same from all pcs.
i format and use the hard drives (2) in a desktop pc with windows and works perfect the i use it in nas and format with the nas and always the same.
yes the nas work perfect before the upgrade with version 2.0
i little new tip, if i use ajax explorer or donwload a torrent with the nas the files works good.

lol now i try unistalling teracopy and works perefect...
what this happend? using firmware 2.0 teracopy works.

Hi,
I do not use Teracopy but I was curious and did a little research. There is a "new" beta version available. Since you really seem to like it, you might try that out. There also were reports of problems with W7 x64. But otherwise the software got good reviews. Good luck.
