Title: Samsung F4 2tb and WD20EARX 2tb... can I run both of these in raid 0?

or will I only be able to run in them in JBOD? (need 4tb space so no raid 1)

You can also format both HDDs as Standard Volumes, effectively giving you 4TB of storage, but with two Volumes.
