Title: ISP not in the list for DIR-412

I'm currently in INDIA, using Tata Photon+.

When I am configuring my DIR-412, in the Internet Connection Setting, all of the ISP in India is in the list, except for Tata. What should I do to enable my DIR-412 to detect the ISP so that I can connect to the internet through it?
