You may want to check out DU Meter (http://www.hageltech.com/dumeter/about).

DU Meter is a bandwidth/throughput monitor that resides on your PC. You can monitor upload and download throughput between your ShareCenter and PC, although you'll have to subtract any overhead from other background network activity on your PC. I've been using this product for well over 5 years now. A 30 day trial version is available for download.

No problem. ShareCenter throughput aside, DU Meter is a great app to have on your PC to obtain complete visibility into your PC network traffic.

If you perform a search for "bandwidth monitor" or similar names, you should find a number of no cost alternatives. I've tried many over the years (no names come to mind), but found that DU Meter trumps every product I've come across. The product doesn't cost much, and the one time cost covers 3 or 5 PCs - I forgot the exact number of PCs, so you'll have to check the product website. Again, you can try a fully functional version of the product for 30 days, so there's nothing to lose.
