Title: Stuck on firmware 1.12

I updated my dgl-4500 to version 1.12 yesterday (wasn't sure if I needed to go in order or not) and now it won't let me update to anything newer. I have tried to reset with the reset button. I have unplugged it for a minute or so. I even tried what i read earlier by pushing the reset button and then unplugging at the same time. Phone support said to redownload and then try it. I have redownloaded 4 times with the same "upload failed" meessage. Not sure what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try reflashing with 1.12, and then proceed.

It worked. I don't understand why but i reflashed 1.12 and then tried 1.15 and it worked perfectly. Thanks for the help reinvented.
