Hi
The reason I want to do this is:
I have a TV setupbox/satellite reciever with hdd and want to stream it around the house.
I have a WET54g bridge today - but it is not capable to stream films
Setup:
GW is the DIR-855
BRIDGE should be the DIR-655 wired to the TV-SetupBox (A DreamBox DM800 HD PVR)
Is that possible, and if yes - can anyone give me a hint how to set this up ?

Hi,
the DIR-655 can't work as a wireless bridge. You need something like the DAP-1555 to connect your device(s)
-
No. The 655 can't be a bridge. Try the DAP-1555 instead.

OK then how about the DAP-1522?
Nope....the only DAP I can find is a DAP-1353.....Thanx for the suggestion
-
What country are you in? The DAP-1522 is listed for sale on the D-Link Europe web site.

D-Link Germany has already the little brother DAP-1522 on their WEB site:

It is also a wireless N bridge that can act either in 2,4 or in 5 GHz. (Non Concurrent)

Thanx again......I live in Denmark, and have not been able to find the 1555/1522 here....I guess I will make a trip to Germany :)
