Per instructions I attempted to set up the camera via WPS witha Linksys wireless N router (off the top of my head I think it is a WRT120n), the router (from it's settings page) tells me that the camera has been securely added to the network but the front LED stays red. My network map also never shows the device after supposedly connecting.
I have checked the setup through a wired connection, and all the parameters for wireless are correct. The camera operates fine on the wired connection.
And yes, I have done a hard reset on the camera and started from scratch to no avail, the camera is withing inches of the router, I am pretty well versed in networking, updated the firmware, and have 4-5 other wireless devices connected at any given time.
Thoughts?

You might want to try configuring the camera from scratch for a wired connection and then converting that to wireless. That's what worked for me.

Tried that already, but I will give it another go later.

Were you able to successfully register the camera with mydlink?

Yes, and set up smtp email reporting etc just fine.

I had an identical issue with my "first" DCS-932L. I was unable to instantiate a wireless connection despite all efforts. I bit the bullet and brought my issue to technical support who ultimately issued an RMA for a replacement. The replacement DCS-932L has pretty much worked flawlessly for the past two months.
Based on what you are reporting, it seems like you may have the same issue. D-Link indicated that this issue mirrors a similar occurrence in the DCS-930L with no known root-cause.
