Title: WPS on DAP1522
Post by: NigelF on November 23, 2011, 03:26:10 PM
OK so I turned it on for bridging and it did not auto setup wireless so i need to turn off WPS but my wireless option page is now blank. I rebooted, reset the DAP but still no manual config option. I found I could configure it if I switched it to AP mode but still cannot setup from bridge mode. According to manual a reset does not turn off WPS so what is the answer please?

Turn OFF WPS, as it's only needed for wireless printers and devices like that. Most of the security is run thru the wireless using WPA and it's security settings there. Just use a password and you'll be good.
