Title: cant get open nat on 2 xbox's

OK...so I followed the sticky guide for xbox setup...and can not seem to get open nat for both my boxes at the same time. When I try to set up gamefule rules for my 2 boxes then I could not connect to xbox live at all. So then I have to restart at factory settings to get my boxes connected again.
 The somewhat funny part about this is that it worked great for like 2 weeks with no problem when I first got this router. I did not even set anything up other than passwords and the like. I basically just pluged and played. I had to change my router address to 192.168.5.1 because I was not able to connect to the internet before I did that.
I have broadband internet through my cable provider..(brighthouse)..My modem/router is a motorola. I have the wireless turned off on it.
 I'm pretty much at my witts end with this..been messing around with this for days.
 The whole reason I bought this router was to have open nat on both my boxes because the modem/router provided by the cable company could not do this.
Anyway..any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Any chance you wanna use Teamviewer.com (http://Teamviewer.com) and have someone review the router settings with you?  ;D

You can download the executible and just run it with out installing if you like. PM me the ID and PW.

So we found out his cable modem is a built in router. I'm kinda jealous, SBG6580.  ;)
Nice UI. Not a lot of fun stuff but hoping to connect the 4500 maybe in it's DMZ and get open NAT. HE dropped off line after one change. I hope he comes back.  :-\ Almost there.

I just wanted to say  "THANK YOU"...furry nuts ;D ;D ;D  Using teamveiwer furry was able to connect to my system and get me all fixed up. I could not tell you all the steps he took, all I can say is he spent at least 2 hours with me and I could not be more thankful.
 My system is up and running perfect..exactly as I hoped for.
 Furry I owe you..hope I can somehow repay the favor someday.
