Title: Revert back to SP1 after installing SP2

OK after upgrading to SP2 all our clients are complaining because of the removal of the voice Barge In feature.  Is there a way to revert back to SP1.  Our clients hate waiting for the attendant to stop talking.

Sorry, there is no way to revert back to SP1. I would like to point out that voice burge-in is not supported only during the AA greetings. Voice is still supported only after the AA greetings completes. However, DTMF burge-in is still supported in SP2. Callers can still burge-in by dialing the intended extension at any time during the AA greetings. As I said, callers have to wait for the AA to finish before they can use the voice command.

Thanks for the information on SP2.  It is unfortunate that the voice barge-in was removed, as our clients liked that the most.  We would really like it back.
