Hey guys,
I just received my DCS-932L camera yesterday. I installed it and had it up an running with no problems. While I was checking out the my-dlink web site, it informed me that I needed the newest firmware. I clicked to install the fimeware, and after it installed - my camera led light turned red and hasnt worked since. I have tried reinstalling completly, but I cant even get a green light on my camera using a hard cable connection. I have also tried doing the hard reset. Do you guys have any idea?
thanks

You can try resetting the DCS-932L to the factory default settings and firmware. While the camera is powered up, using a paperclip press and hold the recessed reset button (pinhole on the rear of the camera) for > 8 seconds.

When updating firmware for any wireless devices, it has to be done via cable Ethernet, if via wireless, most likely it is going to be bricked.
Good luck.

Same problem. Red light and can't connect to camera anymore. Is there anything that can be done?
