Every Conference call from any phone drops after 30 mins. Anyone have any ideas?

Please provide us with more information regarding the origin of the calls, whether internal or external or both. Give us some specifics and we will try to reproduce the issue and recommend a solution.

A external call will arrive and we will start a conference call to another external user.

We will need to troubleshoot this issue by capturing packets while on a conference call to establish the point of failure. Please call the Voicecenter dedicated support line at 1-888-404-6262 Option 1.
